Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist our Strategic Partnership and to share with the Events team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building relationships and executing events that drive engagement and collaboration, while earning college credit.
Strategic Partnership Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in administrative tasks working with the EVP of Strategic Partnerships. Tasks include PowerPoint presentation preparation, scheduling QBRs/SBRs, etc.
- Maintain vendor records in BaselineIT.
- Assist in researching and identifying potential strategic partners.
- Help maintain relationships with existing partners through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on partnership goals and MDF deliverables.
Events Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of events, including workshops, conferences, and networking gatherings.
- Analyze event outcomes and partner engagement metrics to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Help with coordinating logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and participant registration.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and promotional content for events and partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Event Planning, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for networking, relationship-building, and event planning.
