Over the last year, we have greatly enhanced the company’s abilities, while working diligently to combine the best practices of Inflow, PeakView, and EPIC Connections in all areas of the business. Our commitment and focus remain to provide exceptional customer experiences while working to Enable digital transformation through cloud customer engagement technologies.

As we plan for the exciting growth and new opportunities in 2022 and beyond, this is the time to enhance our Core Values to further align with the culture and evolution of Inflow. This wasn’t some exercise that we crammed into a boardroom and put these words on the wall. This was something that involved all of our employees and key stakeholders.

As we continue to grow some things remain the same, and our first core value remains mostly intact evolving from “Create Unforgettable Experiences At Every Interaction” to “Create Exceptional Experiences with Every Interaction”. A slight change that reflects our continued dedication to service, always.
