InflowCX has been given the Partner Excellence award by Five9, a leading provider of the intelligent cloud contact center.

InflowCX has always brought a strong technology evaluation and consulting practice to the table. In 2021, we took our partnership to the next level. Multiple team members earned implementation certifications for Five9 Intelligent Virtual Agent and Virtual Contact Center. Inflow added Five9 support capabilities through its Technical Account Team program and within its managed services department to focus on providing specialized, high-touch support to customers.
