Adam Rennert has spent over 20 years working for major technology providers in a broad range of functions including Solution Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support. In 2013 Adam co-founded PeakView Communications, a contact center transformation services leader. There, Adam led the development and implementation of the CCaaS evaluation and transformation process that has been successfully utilized to help dozens of enterprises make the proper transition to the cloud. Adam is now President of InflowCX (acquired PeakView 2021) and continues to lead the company’s CX strategic direction and evolution of its offerings and services.
