Adding a Little More ShoreTel Shine with Platinum Level ShoreTel Champion

We were listed in ShoreTel’s Circle of Excellence just a month ago and now we’re excited to announce that we’ve been awarded the highest available level in the ShoreTel Champion Partner Program, Platinum. Based on a combination of technical certification, demonstration capability, sales volume criteria, and customer satisfaction, it’s fantastic news for us and tells us how we’re doing.

The Champion Partner Program was designed to strengthen the relationship between our partners and as we strive to become the nations leading ShoreTel Contact Center Provider, we feel very fortunate to be named a Platinum Partner.

Of the award, David Petts, senior vice president of worldwide sales at ShoreTel said, The advanced, award-winning ShoreTel technology combined with the expertise of Inflow Communications means more customers are enjoying greater flexibility, productivity, and cost savings than ever before.

This sort of feedback is what we live for and we credit the success to our knowledgeable staff, our commitment to exceptional service and our laser focus on uniquely superior ShoreTel business communication products. We also pursue continuous quality improvement with our 8x guarantee, a commitment that our staff will respond to customer needs and requests, eight times faster than the industry average.

Since ShoreTel’s first product shipment in 1998, customer satisfaction has been a top business priority for us, and as a ShoreTel partner, we are committed to adhering to this primary business value.

During our hard and steadfast work, it’s great to hear this bit of news and know that we’re staying on track with our leadership goals in ShoreTel Communications and ShoreTel ECC Enterprise Contact Center. But we know the wheels don’t stop spinning while we celebrate so we’ll get back to work with a little extra spring in our step.
