Heidi Elden & Kylee Minson: Inflow's Core Value Heroes for May 2021

Our May Core Value Hero goes out to Heidi and Kylee who make up our Quality Assurance Team. Every day they monitor customer requests to ensure Inflow is providing World Class Customer Service across the company. Tracking of customer feedback, monitoring of SLA’s, working on internal projects, and improving internal processes are some of the items they handle. They also coordinate initiatives to keep the culture strong through team-building events.

When away from the office Heidi likes to spend time with family and friends near and far. She is often planning a trip somewhere that involves visiting a museum or botanical garden. Heidi is passionate about the Pacific Northwest and loves to explore new areas she has not seen before.

Kylee Minson, Quality Assurance Analyst

I love the outdoors so a lot of what I do in my spare time revolves around that. My dog Leo and I are often hiking on the weekends, or are out of the city, camping with friends. Recently, I’ve started golfing and have really taken a liking to it. When I’m not outside, I enjoy watching thrillers and horror movies. My first job ever was as an Office Assistant/Receptionist in the healthcare industry.

A phrase that I like to live by is “Live in the Moment.” Some of my most favorite memories are from spontaneous and last-minute plans!
